Gujranwala: With a claim to hit cancer of corruption in the country, cricketer turned politician Imran Khan says a thief can’t catch the other thief.
Do not miss this opportunity as Allah gives sometimes people opportunity to change, he said addressing a big gathering at Gujranwala city of Punjab province.
During his speech, he got irked by interruption of some of the audiences and scolded them to keep their calm. Surprisingly energetic youth and audience became silent after words from Khan.
“I have been waiting for 17 years for match on May 11. With bat, Lion is going to face a tough time,” he said referring to poll symbol of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz.
On how he would end corruption in the country he was to say:
“Abdul Rehman Malik has all evidences of corruption against Sharif family. Similarly Sharif brothers know corruption of Asif Ali Zardari. Why didn’t they make voice against these corruption. A thief is always joins hand with the other thief.”
“Only your brother, Imran Khan, is going to catch these corrupt people.”
