KARACHI: Former Federal Minister for Commerce Amin Fahim has filed petition in Sindh High Court (SHC), seeking protective bail in NICL scam case.
On Monday, a provincial anti-corruption court issued non-bailable arrest warrants against Fahim and seven others in the case.
In the petition, filed by Fahim through his counsel, prayed the court to grant him two-week protective bails as he was out of the country.
Fahim said that he would come back to Pakistan on April 17.
Fahim, who recently kicked off his election campaign by addressing a public meeting in Bhanote, faces disqualification if convicted in the case.
