Islamabad: Pakistan Prime Minister (PM), Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, on Tuesday approved a policy regarding unhindered funds release from ministry of finance.
The policy was approved in such a time when the government was going to dissolve after only four days.
Earlier, Pakistan’s Auditor General (AG) Buland Akhtar Rana raised questions over additional funds of five million rupees for the parliamentarians and seized it.
According to the new policy no one including the AG would be able to raise any objections regarding withdrawal of funds.
Regardless of the volume of funds, now the finance ministry can release those without facing any hurdles.
