Islamabad: Pakistan’s Interior Minister Rehman Malik on Sunday said that the democratic system of Pakistan is in danger as certain forces are demanding to form an interim setup of three years.
Talking to media, the minister said that the same forces were hatching up conspiracies against the democracy today who were involved in those acts in the past.
“Political forces of the country shall sit together to strengthen the democratic system,” he added.
Malik further said that the country wanted peace in Afghanistan through peace negotiations with the militants.
