Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Friday visited Pakistan Awami Tehrik (PAT) leader Dr. Tahirul Qadri at his residence in Model Town, Lahore.
Chaudhry Shujaat was also accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.
According to sources, the PML-Q leader would convince Qadri to postpone his march amid threats that militants might attack the marcher on their way towards Islamabad, capital of Pakistan.
It is to be mentioned that Chaudhry Shujaat was tasked by President Asif Ali Zardari to refrain Qadri from marching towards Islamabad on January 14.
