Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday issued fresh notices to former Pakistan envoy to US, Hussain Haqqani and others involved in the high-profile Memo-gate Scandal case.
The case will be heard by a 9-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry on January 28.
It may be mentioned here that the commission established to investigate the case had reported that action should be taken against the former ambassador as he was involved in the case.
