Mumbai: Master Blaster famously known as little master Sachin Tendulkar has announced his retirement from One Day International (ODI) cricket.
“Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar announces retirement from the one day format of the game,” the BCCI tweeted on Sunday morning.
“I have decided to retire from the One Day format of the game,” Tendulkar said in a statement on Sunday.
The batting legend made his ODI debut against Pakistan in 1989. In his career that spanned over two decades, he played in 463 ODIs scoring 8054 18426 runs.
