Karachi: Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) stations in Sindh including Karachi were closed again for 48 hours on Wednesday morning .
According to a statement by the Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC), the CNG stations in the province will remain closed till Friday morning.
“Vigilance teams will make sure that the stations abide by the decision.” said the SSGC. “Those found violating the decision will be obliged to close their stations for another 24 hours.”
Due to low pressure and non-availability of gas, people are finding difficulty in locomotion. Long queues of vehicles were seen at the CNG stations before the closure.
