Islamabad: US Special Envoy for Pakistan and Afghanistan Marc Grossman will soon visit Pakistan to discuss different issues, said Foreign Office Spokeman Muazzam Khan on Thursday.
He parried a question whether prospect of military operation in North Waziristan would be discussed during the talks.
He said that issued of mutual affairs would be discussed during his visit to Pakistan. Answering a question regarding a report of Bangladesh magazine about Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar and PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, he said “it reflects a sick mindset and it is not worth commenting,”
The spokesman said that Pakistan and Russia wanted peace in Afghanistan. He was not aware of a letter to be written to Swiss authorities on the orders of Supreme Court of Pakistan.
