Rawalpindi: Malala Yousufzail has been shifted to Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Peshawar where different tests have been carried out.
The Inter-Service Public Relations (ISPR), media wing of the Pakistan army, on Tuesday said in a statement that Malala Yousufzai had been shifted to the CMH where CT scan test was being carried out.
The ISPR said that the civil administration had also been asked to provide doctors so that a combined check-up could be carried on.
Malala Yousufzai along with another girl was injured in an armed attack in Saydu Sharif while returning from school in a vehicle.
She received a bullet injury in the back side of her neck and was shifted to district headquarters hospital before being shifted to Peshawar through a helicopter on the directives of Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf.
Earlier, media reports claimed that the injured girl would be shifted to Islamabad.
