Quetta: Pakistan Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry has remarked that government is not serious to improve the law and order situation in Balochistan.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry comprising Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja and Justice Khilji resumed the hearing of the Balochistan law and order case at the Quetta Registry of the apex court on Monday.
During the hearing, the chief justice said that the Balochistan was the most important issue of the country, adding that government was not serious to improve the situation in the province.
The CJ said that situation will be improved in 95 percent area of the province if police control remaining five percent area.
The bench will be hearing the case daily until October 12th.
