Islamabad: Justice Asif Saeed Khan Khosa on Wednesday stepped down from a bench hearing a NRO implementation case, a television report said on Wednesday.
Earlier during the hearing of the case, Attorney General Irfan Qadir raised objection over Justice Khosa presence in the bench. He said that Justice Khosa was having a biased opinion in case and demanded him to quit the bench.
Justice Khosa was head of the five-member bench of the apex court hearing NRO implementation case.
