Islamabad: The Ministry of Finance on Sunday approved the summary to increase in prices of all petroleum products.
Sources said that the ministry had approved the summery to increase the price of petrol by 1.40 per litre to new price at Rs85.90 per litre, HOBC by Rs 5.64 per litre to new price at Rs112.52 per litre, kerosene oil by Rs1.94 to new price at Rs88.19 per litre and light diesel oil by Rs1.62 to new price at Rs85.33 per litre.
However, there will be no change in the price of high speed diesel.
“Price of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) will also be increased by Rs1.29 per kg from tonight (July16) for the next fortnight, while the notification about increase in POL and CNG prices will be issued after midnight tonight,” the sources added.
