Karachi: President Asif Ali Zardari has said that the Muttahida Qaumi Movement doesn’t want division of Sindh and it had clear view over the issue.
He was talking Pakistan People’s Party’s members of the Sindh Assembly on Thursday.
Zardari attributed the rhetoric about division of Sindh with the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz President Nawaz Sharif.
The president told the PPP lawmakers “They (MQM ) are our friends and will make an allianece with them in the next general election.
Zardari said that the government was aware of gravity of situation over loadshedding and would resolve the issue.
During the meeting the MPAs apprised the president of their grievances and complained that the PPP minister were not paying heed to their problems.
The president formed a four-member committee to address the the grievances of the PPP MPAs.
