Karachi: Ruhail Muhammad, Chief Financial Officer of Engro Corporation, has been given an additional charge of Engro Fertilizer Limited after its CEO Khalid Mansur resigned from his position a couple of weeks ago.
Ruhail Mohammed has an MBA in Finance and is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Engro Fertilizers Limited since May 2012.
Previously he has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Engro Corp and also the Chief Executive of Engro Powergen Limited.
Prior to his association with Engro, he has worked in various senior positions in Pakistan, UAE and Europe. He is on the Boards of Engro Corporation as well as a number of its subsidiaries.
He is also on the Board of Pakistan Mercantile Exchange, Cyan Ltd and Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
The change of guard ceremony seems yet to be ended at Engro Corporation following the early retirement of Asad Umar. Later he joined Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf.
Then Engro faced another setback by resignation of Khalid Mansur, CEO and President of Engro.
Aliuddin was replaced by Asad Umar as President of the company and now Ruhail Muhammad has taken the charge of its subsidiary.
There is still a vacuum in the leadership of the Engro Corporation as its own subsidiary Coal based power project is still without leadership.
