Islamabad: On the occasion of 50th anniversary of state visit of their majesties King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit of Thailand to Pakistan Post, a function was organised here to officially commemorate the state visit, said a press release issued here on Saturday.
To celebrate occasion, Pakistan Post issued a commemorative stamp, which was unveiled by Marwin Tan-Attanawin Ambassador of Thailand in Pakistan, who was the chief guest of the function. S. Ghulam Punjtan Rizvi, Director General, Pakistan Post presided over the occasion.
The function wad organised by Fazli Sattar Khan, Additional Director General (Operations) Pakistan Post. Higher officers of the Pakistan Post, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Thailand Embassy also participated in the function.
