Peshawar: Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Dost Muhammad Khan has remarked that there is no government’s writ outside the provincial capital.
He was addressing to judges of subordinate judiciary. He said that government’s writ was shirking and it has no presence some kilometer outside Peshawar.
Khan said that provision of justice was judiciary’s responsibility and it would fulfill it at any cost. He said that all the old case lying in higher and lower courts had been disposed off.
