Karachi: Home Minister Sindh Manzoor Wasan on Thursday Contacted Jeay Sindh Quami Mohaz (JSQM) provisional chairman Niaz Kalani via telephone and requested him to postponed the strike call of April 21 announced by the party, sources said on Thursday.
The sources said that Kalani told Wasan that the final decision would be taken with the consultation of party leaders.
“The delegation of JSQM headed by Kalani would meet home minister Sindh on Friday (tomorrow) to discuss the issue,” they added.
They further revealed that the party leaders would also demand government to inquire the issue of suspicious death of JSQM Chairman Bashir Qureshi in the meeting.
