Islamabad: The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) has increased distribution companies’ (Discos) tariff across the country, except Karachi, by Rs1.67 per unit.
According to Nepra’s notification, the increase has been made in terms of fuel adjustment charges for the last September and the additional amount will be reflected in the electricity bills from next month.
The tariff raise will not apply on Karachi Electric Supply Corporation (KESC).
