Larkana: Despite the claims of concerned authorities, the question papers continued to leak on Friday in Larkana and Naushehroferoz for a week now.
Mathematics and Physics papers in the two cities were in hand of the students before the examination started. Though police and Rangers took stern measures in some cities to keep an eye on the photocopy shops during the examinations, no solid action was taken on district level.
Photocopy shops were seen shut in some cities, but question papers continued to circulate among the students before the examination time.
According to Dawood Memon, chairman of Larkana board, raids were carries out at different examination centres and 22 students were told to leave the centres on the charges of cheating.
54 students were taken into custody from examination centres in Tando Jam, Tando Allahyar and Hyderabad and one fake candidate was also found appearing in exams. An invigilator was also found guilty of being a help for students in cheating.
