Islamabad: The Foreign Office submitted report into the use of secret fund by the former Pakistani ambassador to US Hussain Haqqani to the memo commission.
Sources said that the report contained details of use of secret fund during April to December 2011by Haqqani.
The sources said that Foreign Secretary Jalil Abbas arrived in the Islamabad High Court building to attended in camera session of the memo commission which would review the secret fund report.
The commission which met here on Thursday under the chair of Balochistan High Court Justice Qazi Faiz Isa annoyed over an statement of renowned human right activist Asma Jehangir that the commission was hell bent on punishing Hussain Haqqani.
Isa said that the Pakistan Bar Association should take notice of Jehangir’s statement and the patience of the commission should not be miscalculated.
