Rawalpindi: Karachi Dolphin has reached Faysal Bank T-20 Cup after crushing Lahore Lions in Semi Final.
The Dolphins have defeated the Lions who made a good target of 167 by 7 wickets. Dolphin’s Shahzaib Hassan turned into a master blaster by hitting four sixes and four 4s by outclassing Lions bowlers.
The key for winning was opening partnership of 78 runs in just 40 balls Shahzaib and Khalid Latif paving a sound victory in only 19 overs.
Looking in a very aggressive mood Shahzaib made 57 only on 28 balls while his Khalid  faced 35 balls to make 45 runs with five fours and one six.
 From Lions, Kashif Siddiq with 48 and Nasir Jamshed with 36 were main runners.
The dolphins would face winner of 2nd semi final that would be played between Peshawar Panthers and Sialkot Stallions.
