During the formal conversation with The News Tribe, Chief Operating Officer of RahShown Trainings Hassan Bashir said small initiatives could make big impact for the nation.
“RahShown Training in collaboration with Youth Impact, both of which are premier youth leadership training companies are organizing a 1-day Youth Leadership event “BE YOUR BEST” at a local hotel in Karachi on March 29.”
Hassan informed that the workshop would be led by Abdul Samad Khan, initiator of outdoor Leadership trainings in Pakistan and country representative of NOLS USA.
“Samad has conducted Youth Leadership training inAustralia,Malaysia and Singapore. Our workshop has been designed to unlock youth potential by putting them at interactive activities in fun and interesting way.
‘Be Your Best’ is an interactive program designed around the philosophy of discovering self potential, getting motivated, developing a positive approach towards life and ultimately take a charge of self, he added.
The program is specifically designed for university students with hi-potential to become future leaders in their respected fields.
“While going through this workshop, participants would be able to develop their life maps, personal development plan embedded with an enhanced self-belief,” said Hassan.
“Various concepts and tools of modern management will help them in developing a mindset to actively participate in the life and radiate this energy around them.”
