Islamabad: The opposition leader in National Assembly, Chaudry Nisar Ali Khan on Wednesday said that the Kohistan killings are the alarming incident and the government had failed to overcome the terrorism.
Talking to media in Islamabad, Nisar said that the militants attacked where they wanted and the writ of the government seems to be vanished. “Government should take serious actions against the culprits of the incident,” he added.
The opposition leader said that the security agencies should be held responsible for their failure to stop such incidents adding that the terror activities began in Musharaf’s tenure and continued in this government also.
Nisar said that the relatives of missing persons were sitting in the cold weather outside the Parliament House but the authorities had taken no notice of their miseries. “Issues of missing persons has not been resolved during last four years and an upward trend was seen in the number of missing persons during last four years of this government,” he added.
Nisar further said that the implantation of radio tax was not justified.
