Islamabad: After the intense talks, government and opposition have agreed on 20th constitutional amendment, sources said.
The sources said that both the sides had agreed that Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid’s (PML-Q) suggestions would not be included in the amendment, however they agreed to move 21st constitutional amendment for the inclusion of PML-Q’s suggestions.
PML-Q president Chaudhry Shujahat told the media that no change would be made in the 20th amendment. He said that their suggestions would be included in 21st amendment.
Earlier, PML-Q suggested the government to send interim government setup to parliament despite the election commissioner.
