Lahore: The Young Doctors Association (YDA) has decided to end their strike after the Supreme Court ordered the Punjab government to revoke its orders of suspending senior doctors of Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC).
The YDA termed the termed the court judgment as the victory of doctors. According to reports the YDA would announce its decision to end the strike in a press conference here Friday.
The doctors were on strike for third day against the Punjab government after it suspended senior doctors of the PIC in the wake of spurious drug scandal that killed more than 100 people.
