Abu Dhabi: England have given a competitive target of 251 to Pakistan with the help of mature innings by skipper Alastair Cook who made his second century in continuous two matches at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium here on Wednesday.
England batting against shined against Pakistan in the second ODI and helped England to grab a lead in the ODI series 2-0.
Cook scored 102 while Ravi Bopara made half century and was the second highest scorer for the England. While opener Kevin Pietersen, Jonathan Trott and Eoin Morgan also chipped in with 26, 23 and 25, respectively.
Aizaz Cheema took two wickets while Shahid Afridi and Saeed Ajmal picked up one wicket each. While spinners remained economical and given 152 in their 34 overs and took two wickets.
