Lahore: Umar Farooq, resident of Lahore, claimed to have made a magnet which could save electricity up to 50 per cent.
Mr Farooq who is unable to hear, said that the magnet was result of relentless efforts which he put up during last seven years.
He says a common magnet which is used in electrical appliances consume double electricity than his magnet.
 Farooq says a common magnet requires double quantity of electricity for its attractive and repulsive functions while his magnet only needs electricity for its attractive function that would save half amount of electricity.
