Rawalpindi: Hearing of a wine recovery case against renowned Pakistani actress Atiqa Odho was adjourned till February 4 here on Saturday.
Atiqa Odho appeared before Judicial Magistrate Rawalpindi Humayun Pervez. Prosecutors told the court that owing to Islamabad Bar Association election lawyers could not argue in the case. on this the hearing was put off till February 4.
The court has also summoned the four witnesses in the case on next hearing.
It is to mention here that Odho was off loaded from the flight at the Benazir International Airport Islamabad after recovery of two bottles of wine from her luggage on June 4 last year .
The Supreme Court of Pakistan had taken a suo motu notice after the airport authorities failed to act against the close aide of former military ruler Pervez Musharraf.
