Multan: Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM) has announced to award scholarship to poor and needy children under Child Support Program to complete their education.
The program will support only registered students, official sources said here on Saturday.
Initially, students hailing from Multan, Bhakar, DG Khan, Bahawalpur, Quetta and Peshawar will be benefited. Every deserving student would get Rs 300 from PBM.
Incharge Pakistan Baitul Mal, Multan city said that PBM will start second phase of child support program from next month after releasing funds for the purpose.
