Lahore: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan on Thursday came hard on the PPP-led government and announced that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) would use every option to dislodge the PPP-led ‘incompetent and corrupt’ government.
Talking to journalists here, Nisar said that the PML-N had launched drive to mobilize the masses for getting the country rid of the incumbent government, which had deprived the poor of two-time meals.
While harshly criticizing President Zardari, Nisar said “misfortune has hovered over the county.”
He said that the prevailing situation of the country were depressing and led one’s to weep. “No one’s problem is going to resolve in ‘Zardari’s Pakistan,” he said, adding that today’s Pakistan was not that envisioned by Quaid-e-Azam Muhamamd Ali Jinnah and Allama Muhammad Iqbal.
He asked the government to solve the problems of Railways’ employees and retired workers, saying that the salary and pensions were their right. He assured the Railways employee and retired workers that PML-N would do whatever it could being an opposition party for getting their problems resolved.
