Riyadh: Saudi Prince, Bin Abdul Aziz, who died on Saturday in New York, was buried after a funeral prayer in Riyadh on Tuesday.
Pakistan’s President Asif Ali Zardari and Pakistan Muslim League-Q (PML-Q) leader Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Interior Minister Rehman Malik have also attended the funeral prayer.
The body was buried in the Al Oud cemetery, some 5km from the mosque. Thousands of citizens attended the prayer.
Bin Abdul Aziz died in an American hospital at the age of 86 on Saturday while his body was brought back home on late Monday night.
