Chittagong: Bangladeshi bowlers have claimed five quick wickets against West Indies on the penultimate day of the opening Test on Monday.
Debutant left arm spinner Elias Sunny took four wicket and Fast bowler Shahadat Hossain’s one wicket put the West Indies under pressure.
Middle order batsman Marlon Sameuls and Wicket Keeper Carlton Baugh was unbeaten on 17 and six not out respectively till the stumps.
Bangladesh earlier added 95 runs to their Friday’s total of 255-4 before declaring their innings closed in the afternoon session. No play was possible on Saturday and Sunday due to rain.
