Rawalpindi: A civil Jude on Friday cancelled arrest warrants for senior actress and former office -bearer of All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) Atiqa Odho after she appeared before the court and tendered apology for being unable to comply with its orders.
The judge also restored her surety bonds which she had submitted in the court.
On Monday, the court issued arrest warrants for the actress for not appearing before it in illegal possession of wine case.
Odho was off loaded from the flight at the Benazir International Airport Islamabad after recovery of wine from her luggage on June 4 this year .
The Supreme Court of Pakistan had taken a suo motu notice after the airport authorities failed to act against the close aide of former military ruler Pervez Musharraf.
