Lahore: Former Pakistan Cricket coach Waqar Younus has said he was saying good-bye to cricket for some time but he will be back soon in the field.
Talking to reporters at Allama Iqbal Internaitonal Airport before leaving for Australia on late Thursday, Waqa Younus said he will be back soon because Pakistan is his homeland.
He said his experience with Pakistan Cricket Board and national cricket team was excellent. Pakistan white washed Zimbabwe in his last tour.
Waqar Younus resigned from national coaching owing to domestic reasons but it is pertinent to mention here that there were some conflicts between former Pakistan captains Shahid Afridi and Waqar Younus on some issues.
