Washington: United States has said that Pakistan’s military aid is being suspended because of its some suspected decisions.
Victoria Nuland, US State Department Spokeswoman, said on Monday that despite differences between both the countries Pakistan’s civilian aid would be continued. She said that Pakistan’s military aid has been cut off because Islamabad ordered American trainers that leave the country.
Meanwhile, Spokesman Pakistan Army, Athar Abbas, said that American trainer were ordered to leave Pakistan because their period has been completed.
She said that Washington want to work with Islamabad for mutual interest. She said America wants Pakistan that allow US trainers to work in Pakistan.
It is pertinent to mention here that military ties between Pakistan and the US fractured after American commandos carried out a raid in a compound in Abottabad on May 02 that led to the death of Osama bin Laden.
