Islamabad: An 11-member larger bench of Supreme Court has been constituted to hear the presidential reference for visiting the death sentence handed down to former Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.
The bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry is comprised Justices Javed Iqbal, Jawwad S Khuwaja, Nasirul Mulk, Mehmood Akhtar Shahid Siddiqui, Sarmad Jalal Usmni, Ghulam Rabbani, Sair Ali, Shakirullah Jan, Khilji Arif Hussain and Anwar Zaheer Jamali and would start hearing the case from May 2.
