Karachi: CNG stations throughout Balochistan and Sindh including Karachi would remain shut for 36 hours from Saturday to Sunday as gas pressure lowered due to the annual repair of Bhit Gas Field.
Talking to a local TV, Chairman CNG Stations Owners Association Malik Khuda Bakhsh said that during annul repair works of Bhit Gas Field they come across some technical faults which resulted in lowering the supply of gas. That is why Sui Southern Company declared to suspend CNG supply to all the stations of Balochistan and Sindh including Karachi from Friday midnight till Sunday noon. Consumers won’t get CNG on Saturday.
He is hopeful that after Sunday there would be no suspensions of gas supply to CNG stations.
