Islamabad: Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan Justice ® Hamid Ali Mirza on Saturday notified that Dr Asim hussain was elected unopposed as Senator as a result of bye-election to the Senate of Pakistan against a General Seat from Sindh Province.
Am ECP statement said that the seat had been fallen vacant due to resignation of Senator Dr. Khatu Mal Jeewan, for the un-expired term of office, which is due to expire on the March 11, 2015.
It said that Dr. Asim Hussain, Father’s Name Dr. Tajamul Hussain elected unopposed on the seat.
