The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced umpires for World Cup semi-finals.
In the first semi-final, Australian Steve Davies and Pakistan’s Aleem Dar will be the on-field umpires while Marais Erasmus of South Africa and West Indies’ Billy Doctrove will be the third and fourth umpire. England’s Chris Broad will be the match referee, during the match to be played between Sri Lanka and New Zealand on March 29.
While in the big clash between Pakistan and India, Australia’s Simon Taufel and England’s Ian Gould will be the on-field umpires on Wednesday, March 30, in Mohali. New Zealand’s Billy Bowden will be the third umpire and Australian Rod Tucker the fourth umpire and Sri Lanka’s Ranjan Madugalle will be the match referee.
