Washington: United States President Barack Obama on Thursday ordered a comprehensive review of US nuclear facilities regarding devastation of Fukushima power plant in Japan.
While talking to media in the White House, he said the US did not expect harmful radiation to reach its shores or territories.
He expressed his grief over the disaster of earthquake and tsunami. He  said Japanese are a brave nation and soon they will come out of the crisis.
The US President visited the Japanese embassy in Washington and wrote his message in a condolence book.
On the other hand, Japaneses authorities rejected the United States offer of cooling down the affected power nuclear power plant of Japan.
