Karachi: A major reshuffle has been taken place in Sindh police department in which two Additional Inspector Generals, four Divisional Inspector Generals, three Superintendents of Police and seven Station House Officers have been transferred.
After the appointment of Fayaz Leghari as new chief of Sindh Police, a major reshuffle has taken place in the Sindh police department.
Two Additional IG’s Salman Syed and Falak Khursheed have been directed to report to Establishment Division Islamabad. Four DIG’s have been transferred.
DIG Shaukat Sultan has been directed to report to Special branch, while DIG Tahir Naveed has been transferred as DIG East Zone Karachi.
Meanwhile, DIG Sana Ullah has been transferred as DIG Hyderabad, while DIG Farooq Jamali has been directed to report to Special Branch.
Seven SHO’s and one Check Post in-charge have also been transferred.
The transferred SHO’s include Chaudhry Irshad has been transferred as SHO Aziz Bhati, while Muhammad Naeem as SHO Jackson, Akbar Khoso as SHO Pirabad, Abid Tanoli as SHO Chakiwara and Syed Imran will be SHO Taimooria.
Moreover, Tasawur Amin has been posted as SHO Cantt, Raja Tanveer as SHO Napier and Farooq Satti has been posted as Incharge Tippu Sultan Check Post.
