Srinagar: In disputed Kashmir, the regime has admitted that 195 people were detained under the Public Safety Act (PSA).
According to Kashmir Media Service, “4064 persons were arrested from March, 2010 to January 31, 2011 across the Kashmir valley and 195 were booked under Public Safety Act,” said Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Ali Mohammad Sagar during a question by reporters after assembly session in Jammu.
