Peshawar: Afghan Commissionerate has announced to send back all Afghan migrants, resident in Pakistan, by December 2012 here on Sunday.
Talking to a local TV, Commissioner to Afghan immigrants Syed Jamal-ud-Din said that according to the federal government policy, Afghani refugees would be sent back by December 2012.
He added that 109,231 Afghans left Pakistan previous year, whereas 69,917 left Khyber Pakhtoonkhawa (KPK) for Afghanistan.
In addition, Syed Jamal expressed that there are 29 Afghan refugee camps in KPK, 677,132 refugees are residing in these camps, whereas 288,401 residing outside these camps.
