New Delhi: Board for Control of Cricket Indian (BCCI) on Monday announced 15-men squad for upcoming Cricket World Cup.
MS Dhoni has been named as captain of the team.
The Indian squad includes skipper MS Dhoni, Sachin Tendulker, Virender Sehwag, Gautam Ghambir, Youraj Singh, Suresh Raina, Virat Kholi, Yousuf Pathan, Harbhajan Singh, Praveen Kumar, Zaheer Khan, Ashish Nehra, Munaf Patel, Piyush Chawla, R Ashwin.
Fast bowler Ishant Sharma, Sreesant Rohit and batsman Rohit Shama has been dropped.
The opening match of the World Cup will be played on February 19 between India and Bangladesh.
