New Delhi: The main accused in Samjhauta Express blast Swami Aseemanad, a member of right-wing Hindu group Abhinav Bharat, has allegedly confessed to his involvement in the incident that strained ties between the two neighbouring nuclear powers in February 2007, an Indian daily reported on Friday.
Swami Aseemanad was arrested for his alleged involvement in the Samjhauta Express, Ajmer and Hyderabad blasts. All the blasts were occurred in 2007.
The paper reported that the accused has also admitted that his alleged right-hand man
Sunali Joshi, who was killed in December 2007, was behind the Malegaon blasts in September 2006.
