Islamabad: Hazara Tehreek Chief Baba Haider has said he would protest against the 19th Amendment, to be tabled in the Senate today, outside parliament.
He was addressing a press conference along with Amanullah Khan Judoon, Gulzar Abbasi and Jan Muhammad Qureshi at the Abbottabad Press Club on Thursday.
He said that the amendment was tabled in haste, bulldozing people’s interests, adding that his party members would stage a protest demonstration in and out side parliament against the move.
He urged the senators to include establishment of new provinces, including Hazara and Bahawalpur, in the bill.
